71 Serial Killer, William Reece: Bad Killer, Even Worse Liar
In 1996, William Reece was released from prison in Oklahoma for a kidnapping and rape that he had been convicted of in 1986. Not missing a beat, he killed 4 women that we know of, 2 in Texas, 2 in Oklahoma, including a 12 year old girl. This is one where I am sure there are more victims. He had kidnapped and was going to kill and rape another woman, but she escaped. He was sentenced to life in prison for this one, but the 4 murders were unsolved. But, in 2015, DNA linked him to the murders. He confessed to murder, but not rape, and his excuses and lies are comedy gold. He was tried for them in Texas, and was given life. But Oklahoma wanted the death penalty. Did they get it? Grab a beer and find out!
