If there was a story you absolutely NEEDED to hear, this is it. In 1890, William Cotrell became mayor of Cedar Key, FL. He was a drunk and depraved psycho. He ruled the town like a tyrant, and the people were living in fear. The US has only sent the military to depose local leaders one time. This was it. The infamous Pinkertons are involved as well.
